Availability & Prices
To book your stay at 1 the Green go to the HomeAway website where you can see availability, input your dates and see how much it will cost. Request the dates you require on HomeAway and you will be able to pay by secure transaction.
Prices vary during the year, but approximate examples of rental rates are given below:
Price per night (three nights minimum ): £71.00-£83.00
Price per week (7 nights): from £480.00
Arrival can be on any available day, but you are asked to arrive after 3.00pm and leave by 10.00am unless there is a special arrangement.
You will need to pay a deposit to secure your booking, and when the remainder is paid (two weeks before arrival) you will receive full directions and information for your arrival at the cottage.
